To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at our venues, here are a few important details to keep in mind:
We recommend securing your booking at least 9 months in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons.
Our standard venue rental hours is 11:30am – 03:00pm for Lunch and 05:00pm – 11:00pm for Dinner. Extended hours may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
You are welcome to engage your own decorators or use our preferred vendors. All décor setup and teardown must be completed within the agreed rental timeframe.
All our venues are accessible via public transport and offer nearby parking facilities. Do check individual venue pages for parking availability and accessibility info.
A deposit is required upon confirmation. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for more information.

We hosted a 40-table event at Chui Huay Lim Club, with guest-of-honours and friends from the embassies joining us. Yolande and her team were amazing — calm, steady, and so accommodating, even with all our last-minute changes. That kind of patience and professionalism really lives up to Jumbo’s name. We had a WONDERFUL time! Everything was so efficient it was unbelievable! The courses were served so quickly one after another (every 15min it seems) and we ended at a record-breakingly early time of 9.45pm! Plus there was another wedding banquet going on too so it was really amazing how fast the food was served. Plus we decided to put back the march-in at the last min and the march-in lights etc could still be arranged. And everyone was full of praise for the food!.

Yes, everything went smoothly! Most of the guests mentioned that the hall was very beautiful, and they really enjoyed the food. We also truly appreciate all the staff for their help throughout the wedding banquet, especially Yuan Wei, who was very responsive when we needed extra assistance. He’s a solid banquet manager. There was a minor issue with the tea ceremony positioning, but it was quickly rectified, so everything turned out great.
